I have a very nice 1858 Seated Liberty Quarter, wanting to see what it would be graded as and or its value. It has been in a hard protective case since I bought it! Thanks a billion to anyone that responds!! :)

    Welcome to CT.

It is a bit hard to give an accurate grade through the holder. Can you post some images of the coin out of the holder?

Okay I opened it up (wasn't hard at all lol) and also changed the filter that my camera was using (made the coin look goldish). Check below..hopefully these will suffice. Thanks Again!!

Grade? Probably XF-Details. The coin looks like it's been cleaned, but has taken time to retone in an album.

    Value? $40-$50 seems reasonable.

Wow. I have to say you have the best "Coin newbie" images out there so far. As for grade, it does look like it has been cleaned before And Miss Liberty has had her throat slit, so I would put it at XF-40 details. As far as value? I would guess $38 as a fair price for it.
