Yup, that certainly looks like RPM #1... and although not the most dramatic nor the most valuable post-Bronze era Lincoln Cent RPM variety, it would still be a significant find. I'm no expert in the field of Lincoln cent die varieties, so I'll leave it to someone else to make a confirmation.
