When I saw "Old U.S Mint" I thought of San Francisco which has an "Old Mint" and a "New Mint". San Francisco's "Old Mint" sometimes opens as a museum.
So did Charlotte and Dahlonega. Not to as great an extent but both countries used the mints to strike coins.
