1979 D RPM D/D with Rotation CW

    Found this 1979 D Lincoln in pocket change. Noticed the RPM D/D with rotation CW. Looking on coppercoins.com I believe it to be 003. What do you experts say?

    I am sorry, but I believe it is PMD rather than a RPM. It looks sheared rotated, rather than being restruck tilted. The upper left serif of the underlying portion looks flat ( shearing) than rounded like the top portion. IMO.

    Thank you for replying. I looked at the coin at different angles again and now see what you are saying and agree it indeed is PMD.
