sent this penny to ngc 2547409-001. it has environmental damage, but I think they missed this one, or maybe they just don't want to be held accountable, but they did keep it for about 5 days on a walk through. even a local dealer of 30yrs said he thought it was an ag Edited ~ LJ it is against the rules to link in the body of a post one's own website and secondly a website soliciting it for possible sell , must be in advertising section after 10 posts.
Anyway, please take a look-see and tell me what you think, and maybe how to get it verified. I know you guys aren't crazy about looking off-site but I hope you will. In your browser it's .....soon as I learn how to do pics we'll have a lot of fun with some more of my coins.....thanks so much .....Lassiejames.....

They said they think it is 1941.

Too much damage to interest anyone, you will never be able to have it graded with a number grade so I don't think it's worth anything. That's a shame but it is what it is. Better luck next time.

The NGC database states this piece has a damaged date and is corroded. Perhaps it is a 1948?

NGC said it is a 1941 with a damaged date. The damage probably just makes it look like a 43.
