How should I price this?

You have no idea what respect is. Take the info you read on CT and try to absorb it. I thought I knew it all when I started collecting in 1952, and I was only eight. I argued with adults all the time. You're no different, but you will learn, given enough time. Don't try to be something you're not. Education is the key to success, but throw in a little humility along with it. You will go further.

I didn't mean it like that. The bills with the current president are counterfeit, aren't they? Oh well, I'll take it down before it gets taken down by someone else and move on with life :)

No, those notes are not counterfeit, they just have a sticker put over GW's portrait. There's a big market for those novelty notes. Most of them have Santa Claus on them. Those sell big at Christmas.

So would it be possible to find them in circulation? If Ikes and kennedy halves confuse people, I would think seeing Santa on money would really throw things off.

6. Well now, how do you decide who deserves respect and who doesn't ?. Respect is important in a lot of things, especially when dealing with the public, so when you asked me a question, and I was nice enough to give you an honest answer, why did you disrespect me by ignoring my question to you.

And please don't ever forget that currency collecting is not always about the kind of currency you fold up and put in your pocket, or making a fast buck, there's a lot more to it than that.

If true, then I do hope you drop the attitude and start giving Mr. Loring and others the respect they deserve. End of story!

It's not impossible for those to turn up in circulation, but it is unlikely. People buy these as gifts and they end up sitting in drawers forever.

There once was a thread here about these. Someone wanted to know how to buy BEP wrapped bricks of 4,000 to make these notes for resale.

@thecoin- First, wipe your nose. Second, the members that are posting on your thread are doing so for your education. They have tons of experience which you should listen to instead of getting your dander up when you read something that you don't agree with.

The note you have would have value if it was in pristine condition. It's not a rare note and because it's well circulated, it's even less desirable. Someone may like to have it in their collection but they aren't going to pay anything more than face for it.

It has been suggested that you ask for offers. Try that. The other thing you can do is use it to trade for something for your own collection.
