linolns on vacation?

    I found these three coins that were in one roll. So I assume some one was on vacation thru these states. Out of curiosity I wonder if one of theses coin had been a DD or some error, would the imprint effect the validity of variety? The 1960's dates and good condition really make sad for coin collectors. What's your opinion on this?

    These are fairly common. Quite a few have been posted over the last few weeks. I've yet to see one that was on an error coin. It's possible there is one out there. I've seen 1877 Indian cents and 1909s vdb's encased in good luck charms. So anything is possible.

    I actually like that '68-S South Dakota. Never seen a state on a '60's coin (most of them are '75 and later). Also never seen one that weak. Almost looks hand punched vs machine punched like a lot of the other states ones. Very cool.
