I have a hard time with Barbers, but I'll say VF25

Really nice half. I'd say VF-30.

 

F15 wing tips.

 

I can understand the F15, but not the wing tips. That usually doesn't come into play until VF30 on decent struck coins.

I have seen very few get a VF if you can not see the separation in the top two feathers. It may be weak but usually still visible.
