If you're happy paying three bucks for it to add to your collection, than that's what it's worth to you. To someone else, this common IHC may only be worth $.25, others may think a buck. It's all what you think it's worth to you.
Probably better to say that it's extremely difficult to invest well in coins without expert knowledge of a niche market.
I don't have any intentions of collecting for profit, I collect other things for those purposes. I collect coins and foreign currency strictly for personal enjoyment. I just wondered if I paid the crackhead too much at 3 bucks....
