2011 Lincoln Error

I found this today while searching through uncirculated rolls of 2011 pennies. Is this a form of cud or cracked die?
He looks like he's sneezing but, then there are a lot of different issues with the obverse and reverse. Is this worth slabbing?

Gas bubbles between the zinc core and the copper plating.

I would make a big deal out of this and call it the famous Lincoln sneezing cent )

You never know you might make a buck or two out of it

I had a 1970 D Penny that looked like Abe was sneezing...posted it under Coin Chat couple of weeks ago for fun.

 

Looks like Lincoln's in need of a tissue

 

I have a 2014 one that looks like he has chicken pox. Bubbles everywhere on both sides.
