I guess i'll start me a contest every once and again, if no one minds....The coin you are guessing on, wont be what you are getting, due to most of them are either going to be very expensive coins, or they are going to be worth nothing, so I'd like to even that out with giving ones that are inbetween, and nice examples. The first one who can get this right, AND AS WELL give the best detailed description of the second question, wins. " All _____ _____ _____ exhibit some doubling of the obverse die." but, Which one of my error brothers has problems seeing, and which one of his younger brothers, that is supposed to be perfect, has the same problem. good luck.
It's on its way. Thank you Andrew; I figured out the second two but didn't know the first part. If we win, maybe we can split the prize?
I'll give two differant prizes this time I suppose, thank you Andrew, and thank you susanlynn And thanks to everyone else who posted, i'll come up with a more difficult one next time I'll contact you both by pm here shortly on what you would like to receive ( multiple possible prizes )
Ok, Andrew, I don't guess you have the pm messages enabled, Well, let me find out what interests you the most so I can decide on what I will send you, after we figure that out, i'll get your addy to send you it. I guess just choose from the list from what I have that I will give out for prizes. An error coin A rainbow toned coin An uncirculated wheat cent ms-65 potential A walking liberty half dollar A 1909 v.d.b. penny Or a full roll of pre 1960 jefferson nickels.
No worries Susanlynn, and thanks Pennycase. It's always fun to try tracking down answers to the trivia questions posted here. An error coin definitely sounds interesting. And I'll see if I can get the PM messages working.
