    Hey guys,

I just completed (payed) for my first heritage auction. I had decided to join HA a week ago to widen my search for my capped bust half. With it being the last half in my set, not only did it need to fit grade wisebut it also needed to fit in looks as well as to keep some uniformity. With this stricter tolerance I needed more options so HA it was. The capped bust was purchased in the long beach live auction and again it was a very satisfying and fulfilling experience. As soon as she gets in I'll post pictures but for now I wanted to share the news with you.

P.S. With my half type adventure complete, now what...

There was a capped bust I was dieing for in the last auction but I just don't have the money this month. In fact, I sold a bunch of coins this week.

    yeah

That is costing me about $8,000

I have to condense 4 bedroom, a diningroom, a kitchen and a living room into a 1 bedroom without a real livingroom. The rest is going into storage. It was over 4 grand just for security and first months rent on the apartment.

First, you didn't tell us the coin you brought. Secondly, did you notice that the coin broke the record for the grade and type at heritage?

Ouch. And yeah, storage costs can eat you too cause it all just sits there. Well good luck with everything.

Great pickup. That was one of the coins I was tracking. Ended up not bidding because of the large cent I decided I wanted to win.
