1921 s walking Lib. 1/2

    Sorry about that, the Monroe Doc coin I did not get for melt. Just the Liberty. I posted the other photo on accident.

    Incredible find, looks like a G-4 to me.

    Thanks... Luckily for me, my local coin shop is not really a silver/gold dealer. So he rarely looks at dates on most coins. He just tosses them in a bucket and charges the going rate. Usually it is just Kennedy halves with a few Franks, but sometimes the Liberties slip in.

    The 1921-S WLH is really quite readily available in lower grades and carries a small premium over melt. Is this coin slightly bent near the date? Also, the rim dings are bothersome. Overall, I think it is worth only a small amount over melt.

    :thumb: 1921 all mint marks are key dates for a Walker set.
