I've had these two coins in my collection for quite a while now, they were given to me by my grandfather but I don't know a thing about them except that they might be coins from the Qing dynasty.

Can anyone help me out with what they are and how much they might be worth?

All I know is that they did make TONS OF REPRODUCTIONS of these, not that yours is one or not.

Thanks eps. This does help, but i'm still not sure how to go about figuring out if mine are real or not. I'm not savvy enough to know how to tell the difference between a struck or cast coin, and though the symbols on my coins do look similar to the ones from the post you sent, there are a few differences from what i can tell.

Hi they look like coins from Qing dynasty emperor QianLong ( end of XVIIIth century )

they look like emperor gao zong (1736-1795) cash coins. most of his coins are common. if no one else comments, i will attribute them to the best of my ability.

for future reference, the "z" looking character needs to be at 12 o'clock for the coin to be upright.
