    Aha, a €5 note from the time when Jean-Claude Trichet was ECB president. Both the note and the coin look somewhat worn indeed. :) The coin has the old map (that was used until 2006) and, on the obverse, a stylized tree with the hexagon representing France ...

    I also have, and never photographed, a few hundred Chilean Pesos. One night on the Subway while waiting for the train at Kings Highway on the Q/B Brighton line i found this wallet with a few hundred Chilean Pesos, a Green Card, and other identifying papers. As prescripbed in jewish law i tried to return it and called restaurants and things in the wallet. One location said they knew the owner, but he never called (ya think he would want his green card). i even posted signs. Nadda

    So I still have it.
