Capped bust opinion.

    This is a perfectly acceptable coin. The marks on the reverse are adjustment marks, not damage. The small rim nick on the reverse is so small, most would not even notice it. Frankly, I think that it is a nice example for the grade. I would send it to CAC if it were mine. :)

    I didn't have the time I thought I would in Philly. Blame the PA Turnpike for me losing a whole day there. I think we're talking about doing a NYC trip next fall though.

    The mark that crosses the others at the top like a T is not an adjustment mark. That is a scratch. But on that coin marks of that size and severity are basically ignored by the TPGs.
