What is the error on this Russian coin? 1840 kopek

Can you see where the error is? A bit of Russian would help but you can compare it against a picture and see what the error is.

Seems like instead of КОПЕЙКА it says КОIIЕЙКА

Got this coin from the same year but without any errors, AFAIK.

 

Spot on Taxidermist. Managed to find one in a good condition and it is a bargain as well.

 

Got my 1840 СПМ in XF for $3.25, shipped free with another coin, was a good deal for both coins.

There are not too many threads about countries I collect here on CT, and Russian forums are just ghastly, lots of pretentious/obnoxious people, even those who started collecting 2 weeks ago and have not seen more than 10 different coins in their life.
