Here is a real beauty I recently purchased. The best over date I have by far and some nice die cracks as well.
It is not listed in the most recent edition of the Cherrypicker's Guide, which means that most people aren't aware of it and don't care all that much so it likely carries only a small premium over it's regular version. I'm gonna say it's worth $15-$20. An Unc 83 NC can be had for as little as $25-$30, this is one coin that is common in high grades, still.
A friend of mine in CA emailed me that this same coin in the Cherrypicker's guide is $145 in AU. Is this correct or is he mistaken. Thanks
If it's listed in the Cherrypicker's Guide I can't find it. So I would say he is mistaken. Please do as I suggested and contact Howard at the link I provided. He is the recognized authority on these coins.

Yeah, but that's no where near the same as yours. Look at the 1, the 3 and the 8 on your coin - none of them match the coin in the CPG.
