I don't know much about error coins, but i found this kind of interesting. This is the reverse of a 1930 S Wheat Penny, right where it's suppose to say "ONE CENT" and "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" most of it looks like it's covered up by some sort blob or something, thats the best way i can describe it, I was wondering if this is some sort of coin error? Sorry about the bad picture quality, this was the best pic i could get..
Is the blob of the same metal as the cent? The only thing that I could think would be a large die chip.
