An honest grade can't be determined from those photos. It looks like its probably unc... But can't be sure.
The picture makes it obvious. It is graded MS-64 by PCGS, valued at $88. However, I would put it at MS-62...Also, the slab is cracked.
I GRADE IT with my OPINION About UNCIRCULATED 58 BUT DO NOT WANT IT to BE PART of MY COLLECTION. SO DIRTY COLORED TONED.
They're not really focused well, the pet hair on the top of the slab on the obverse is better focused than the coin.
Most of the numbers of the certification number are in the images, I suspect he figured out the other two and looked it up.
