93 Ikes, with no rare die varieties. Also a 1955 Netherlands 1G, which has 0.1505 asw)

Foreign finds this week: $1.64 Canada (incl. 2x Young Eliz), 1r South Africa, 7p UK, 5c Bermuda, 25c Euro, 1c Trinidad, 1yen Japan, 5c Bahamas, 10c Barbados, 1/2fr Beglium, 5c Dominican Republic, and 25c Netherlands

I decided to cut back on halves this week because I've been busy at work, but I had some decent luck with boxes (well, decent for me) and got a BF and a WL driving around on Saturday. Some good luck with dimes too, and it's always a nice surprise to find a foreign silver coin. Total silver found was 3.7758 ozt. This week brings me to just over 100 ounces for the year!

Just picked up $328 in ikes that were all apparently dropped off by the same person. I didn't see any silver dollars in the bag at first glance, and with my luck I'm not expecting any die varieties.

I'm up to like $1000 in Ikes now... really should get rid of all of these lol

Well... No 1972 type 2s but my haul from today did turn up 4x 1976D Type 2s, so I guess I'm pretty happy I bought them all. I had considered spending my Sunday afternoon sorting through all thousand Ikes but eh, not today.

Wow, what a deal... last of the big spenders.

LOL is right and I've no doubt you would. However, have you even thought about the break even number on this?

It's the type 1 bicentennials you want to keep. I found $235 in ikes today, nothing great, but there was 1 '76-D T1.

Yeah my bad, they were type 1s!

And yeah, out of just about 1000 Ikes this year, I've found precisely 5x 1976D Type 1s. I'd really love to find just one Morgan/Peace dollar, or at least a 40% Ike.

I found this today, is it a CUD? If it is, is it worth more than face value?

Sorry State of Recent Half Dollar Searches

On Saturday, I found out another one of my suppliers of Half boxes is no longer going to order :veryangry: thanks to all you guys who would pick up 5 boxes a week from the same bank!!! :veryangry:

    Drive around on Sat
Bank 1: $50 of loose halves - SKUNK
Bank 2: $100 of BWR halves - SKUNK
    Bank 3: $2 of loose halves - 1 1964 90%er :D

That is the first 90% half I've found in probably more than a month. My last 90% from a box was 15 boxes ago. In my last 65 boxes, I have found a total of 6 90% halves. Things have really dried up here in the Houston area...
