Lol. Yep... even using a #0 padded mailer with eBay shipping/delivery confirmation, the cost will be half that.

 

Yes, if they just charged for a stamp or something for shipping, I would bid and post it under "most beautiful coin" thread but not for $4.25 including shipping. I have got ugly large cents for around $5, but not that ugly. No biddders, looks like everyone let it get away.

 

If you missed out on this one, for $20 you can get a nicely toned large cent--toned with green verdigris.

I would trade wheat cents or world coins for it, if you listed under coins for trade. I would give you the best ones I could find since these only cost me face value.

 

Yes, I believe thats the extremely rare "Liberty Elephantitis" variety. The only piece missing in the Holmes collection.
