    I don't know about the FBL's but it's a nice looking coin. Nice toning especially on the reverse. :thumb:

    The toning is what caught my eye when I was doing some window shopping on eBay.
    I really like that coin, not for $75, though.

    Almost looks as though there is some doubling going on there on the reverse, especially with the right bell handle.
     
  6. It is a nice looking coin for sure. FBL standards are different for PCGS than NGC...need only to have intact lower bell lines for PCGS as opposed to both sets for NGC. However, numerical grade is often stricter for PCGS. Again, nice looking coin, but overpriced. TC

    Based on those pics you can't tell if the coin is FBL, even by PCGS standards.

    Poor pictures to make such an evaluation but I'm leaning towards "yes".
