    Dear Larry L. Bence 8-7-06

I hope that these coins are graded as ms70 coins because if they are not up to snuff you and I and I say again you and I are going to become very well known in the public eye. I am a United States Federal employee and have noticed some very questionable things in reference to your ebay business. Right now I can name about 2 Federal Stautes that have been broken in reference to Internet Business Laws passed by Congress in relation to your internet business concerning internet fraud. Internet Business Fraud is something you mite want to investigate. I am not only mentioning your grading theory but other questionable web business practices. I have had a chance to talk to qualified persons in this matter.

Maybe a audit is in order to smooth out some differences we see. I hope that
you have your self in order with this matter. I will be in touch with you during this investigation.

    WOWSER!

You sure know how to make friends!

With such a horrible letter I also now choose not to sell to you as my right. I have ordered both your Auctions forgiven.

I am very sorry you were not happy with us.

Your refund for first auction has been credited to Pay-Pal.

    Sincerely
    Larry L. Bence

All information is in the public domain. Spam for who? My name is listed
and so is Larry's thats it. This is some serious fraud.

Why does it matter that the person wronged is a Federal Employee? Unless the letter writer is the Federal prosecutor handling the case (and under those circumstances he would have to recuse himself from the case), his employment isn't germane to the dispute he has with Larry Bence and Abon Enterprises.

He who confuses "mite" with "might" may also be confused about his ability to cow a con artist with the brass cahones of Mr. Bence.

I think the letter and everything related to it could be summed up as... hogwash. It's as if "up to snuff" is the official set-in-stone bar that has to be met or "a audit" is in order? That and "mite" makes me think this "United States Federal employee" might be the guy who sweeps up at his local Federal building.

"I will be in touch with you during this investigation." -riiiiiiiiight.

:loud: (quote=Russ) Listen here samjimmy what does it matter what kind of job a person is employed with? Maybe you wash out baby diapers for a living!!!!! Up to snuff is just a common quote, are you a English Major?

Maybe you should do a little research before you open that big mouth of yours. A audit means to do research same as a investigation is to be done in a thorough manner. I have 25+ years as a IT professional 3 college degrees, I do not respect your amateur and critical comments. Larry Bence
is a thief. Why don't you invest $5,000.00 in his coins!!!! By the way did
you graduate from High School? A thief, I guess it takes one to know one.

Not to send you over the top, but I think you misused the term "miss used."

This is not an English course, although I would question if that is the kind of email with grammar issues and such coming from a "Federal Employee".

Personally, I would rather see "frauds" taken to the courts. There isn't a need to make forum boards flaming over redundent topics. Else this is getting off topic and would be locked up sooner or later.

Hmm, I am also a federal employee, and I know that it is a criminal offense and you could personally be found liable in commiting the federal government to any course of action not deemed in it's best interest.

Sorry to hear about your loss to Abon, but I think you should really take your vendetta down a different route, how bout civil legal action?
