Circulated but no holes rips or tears xf condition

 

Depends heavily on the signatures, pictures would help alot.

 

Well i cant get pic loaded but its on ebay and is already up to 37.00 item number: 130747041821 thanks for your reply m60gpmp.......... Going to work on this pic thing though!!!!!!!!!!

 

I don't believe this bill is XF, look at the back. Ebay sellers almost always over grade. $37.00 is at the top end of what I think this bills worth. Look for another.
