I inherited a box of coins from my dad and grandpa and not sure where to start with them. I am not sure if I will pick up coin collecting again or not. I currently love collecting bills, mostly the ever so popular 1976 $2.00 bills but right now I have coins. Some go back to as far as 1900... I have foreign coins in collections but feel as though may be repos. Any advice on where to start?

Pick up a copy of the Redbook, it doesn't have to be a new issue, anyone from the last 5 or so years would be a good start. And as for prices, study the grading and check ebay and other auction sites to see what they actually sell for, as the prices in the redbook are off. If in doubt, post a pic of both sides of the coin in the "What it's Worth" section and people on here would be glad to help you with the grade and value.
