is there an error for a 1998 and 1978 quarter i found a 1998 and 2 1978 quarters one i glanced at them the 8's look funny on the 98 and 78 the 8 turn into 9 when moved in the light the other 78 looks like a 5 am i just seeing things
Without pics, I'd wager a guess of machine doubling or phantom eye squint errors... I get both of those types of "errors" fairly often. But I am sure that you have 3 odd coins, you'd need 2 or 4 to be even
