1995 D Cent with odd obverse

    I was going through my change today and found this cent and decided to look at it more closely because Lincoln's forehead looked odd to me. Is this and error or PMD?

    Looks like a regular circulated cent to me.

    What looks odd to me is the way Lincoln's nose bridge has a dip right at the top of where his eyebrow ends. All other cents I've seen has a nicely curved forehead.
