Does anyone know the issue prices for the Premium Historical Portfolios? 1995/1999 $5?, 1995/1999 $10?, 1995/1996 $20? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I looked at Moonshines thread and he only has links to the Premium Sets, not the Premium Historical Portfolios.
