The first one (seated?) is fuller and better looking.

I prefer the cleaner lines of the Barber. One less grain, skinnier leaf, etc.

Barber dime reverse, but I like the Barber quarter and half reverse design better :)

I like the Barber for those reasons, too...but the Seated Liberty seems to be higher relief...more 3-D.

I like them both...but can't decide which one I like the best.

On the Barber reverse ONE DIME is slightly smaller making it further away from the wreath (specifically look at the distance of the E in ONE from the wreath.) and the end of the left ribbon ends in a single point instead of two points.

The Barber reverse was actually first used on the seated Liberty starting I think in 1876. When Charles Barber redesigned the dime in 1892 he simply continued the seated dime reverse. Off the top of my head I don't know if the seated dime reverse was modified by William, Charles, or Morgan.
