Help with a German? hammered coin 1600's

    For all the experts in old German coins... Any idea from which kingdom (if it is from Germany indeed) is this one? A polker or a 1/2 groschen? It is about the same size of a US penny and still has a weak "16" date.
    Any input would be greatly appreciated.
