Still waiting on that solid stack, but I upped my game to SIX this time! The ender was a 40%er.

picked up $100 BWR quarters last week. This is the only silver i found. and it was an ender. I was very surprised to see one of these in circulation.

 

it's difficult to find a pre '64 in quarters,finding a barber is amazing imo.

I'd say jatallman has us all beat! Fantastic! Boy do I feel sheepish posting my lil find for today...

 

Started with a box of halves today. We have it set up to dump and pickup a box of halves a day. Dumped without incident and picked up my fresh box. Got home and opened it and saw an ender from the reverse. The coin just had that lite clear look. I suspected it might be silver. I set it off for last. Meanwhile my wife was searching and found a 64. Good feelings, I think I have an ender and at least a 64 with most of a box to go. Always a Lady pulls one more 40%er in the box and I open the last roll with the ender. Sure enough it's a 68 and one more in the same roll for a total of 1 90 and 3 40s.

My son comes home from work and asks "Who is you favorite offspring?" I don't know, he says the one that brings you silver. Right on!!!! A customer bought a hamburger and fries with a roll of dimes. There were 43 silver dimes in the roll, 36 Mercs and 7 Roosies. His boss asked him if he wanted them and he said sure how much do I owe you for them? She said 5 dollars to make my drawer right. I gave him 10 for the 43 silver dimes.

The two War nickels were found at the beach this weekend. I have to admit I am hooked and truely mean it when I wish everyone luck in thier searches. I continue to be amazed at how much silver is still out there.

July has been slow and steady until today which blew me away. My fave is the Walker and my second favorite coin is the Mercury dime. 36 free ones!!

Another box of halves tomorrow, good luck! I want a barber quarter but I don't do quarters, nice find Tallman.

Found what looks to be a better condition wheatie ender.

Ended up being a 1958.

 

Found this guy and 8 others in this box of nickels.

I found a penny ender on a dime roll this afternoon, didn't take a pic of THAT one.

 

nice i havent found anything good on dime rolls yet but i do search them...
