Not rare, not valuable, but something you don't expect to find in pocket change. Not bad for 5 cents. I grade it F12

Actually it is rare because most of these are in MS quality condition, not worn down like this one.

 

Exactly!. This was an empty hole in my collection for many years. I finally broke down and purchased a MS64 about 4 years ago. Now I can place this one in the album to match the others from circulation.
