What is this thing?

    Had this for a while. I think I've asked this before, but didn't get a definitive answer. Tried looking up foreign type coins, but no luck. It is silver in color a little larger than a dime. Is it a token, medal, coin? Any ideas greatly appreciated.

    It looks like a token. possibly from a car wash.
