Is this considered an error?

    Hope this isn’t a dumb question, I’m still new at this....I wasn’t sure if the 5 in the lower corner is considered an error or not. Thanks for the help:)

    I'm not proffessional when it comes to error notes, but my guess would be no, it is not considered an "error" in the collecting world. On eBay it might, but not to genuine collectors such as myself. It is not bad enough.

    It's a slight error. The third printing is off register. Little value above face. All of the district numbers are not to be in the obv field of the second printing.

    The value in that note is that it is in very nice condition - that will bring you more value than the very slight alignment issue that frankly I consider within the normal range of expected deviation. I think it's a nice example of that note, not an error.
