Bought a box of pennys and....

    Went to the bank and bought a box of pennys. opened up the box and its all new 2012 D pennys.

    Money is not a issue or tight right now. Is it worth keeping these?

    Sure, why not. Last year I was selling rolls of 2011 for $1-$3

    Also it seems like every one has a circle scratch around it. is that normal

    It's from the machine that crimps the rolls.

    That is from the crimping on the end of the coin rolls, so no, only those two coins would have the circle scratch
