He went to meet the guy that was gonna give him 7 million for it, but the other guy got confused and thought he was supposed to bring cocaine for payment. The police found out about the deal via undercover agent and they were both arrested. But seriously, hope this isn't true. As annoying as he is I'd rather not see anyone sick or in jail.
Welcome to CT! Please post some pictures for us! Whatever you do, don't clean the coin, we like 'em grimy!
The coin is just like mint and I called the mint today and told them I have a dime planchet made into a penny..I don't have a penny sized coin! It's dime sized.....They told me that US mistakes are worth more...but Canadian mistakes are less...He told me if the coin is what it is and in great shape it would only sell for 50.00 bucks....Maybe 100.00 on e bay..So....I thought why bother with it anymore as it's not worth 1 or 7 mill. Just 50 bucks..With that being said it can stay in the box and I'll just forget about it for now! Thanks to all anyway!
I really don't know anything about Canadian coins, so I may be totally wrong here, but some things look off to me. First of all, it looks proof like, is this common for Canadian coins, or more indicative of plating. Second, although the coin looks smaller, it has the complete image of a cent on it. Shouldn't it be somewhat cutoff?
Well the eway I see it the beading is way off... and all our coins look silver with a shine.....except the penny! We measured the coin and it's the same as a dime!
