If the Lincoln set is a circulated set without the 1955 DDO, which I expect would be missing, and ends with the start of the Memorial cents then the coins are worth about $2. If the album is the cardboard tri-fold album type then that is essentially worthless.
Pardon me for bringing this up, buy why on earth would anyone buy something and then seek advice about value? I lost count decades ago of how many auctions (live and internet) I have participated in, but I can confidently say that never in all those years have I bid more than I personally believed the item on the block was worth. Maybe I've missed a bargain or three, but I know I've avoided dozens of over-buys.
