2016 P Roosevelt dime missing most of Reeded edge?

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg So I found this 2016 P dime today that has the nickel side of the edge reeding, but the copper side is slick, is this PMD and just a dryer coin or is it some sort of error?

    Yes,ground down its a damaged coin but still 10 cens.
