Does this 1988 p dime have an error?

    So I found this dime in change. The hole dime is like ms-65 condition except for part of the edge. The edge on both sides isnt even really existant. Is this an error or post mint? And because my phone is screwed up I can email anyone pictures of it. Thank you.
