Hi Everyone I posted this coin when I won it, well it arrived today and I took my own pictures.
This time I was able to get a pretty good picture and it shows a lot of detail not seen in the first.
It is in a 2/2 flip and any marks you may see is from the plastic on the flip.
I just can not believe how amazing this coin looks in hand, just looking at the coin you can see all the detail without a loupe.
With a loup it blew me away, for a coin that is 119 years old, it looks like it was made for a proof set yesterday.
What I find fascinating is where has this coin been for nearly a hundred and twenty years?
I would like to get some help here grading this coin, I say MS 66, I have great respect in the grading skills of the members of this form and would like to hear what you have to say. I hope my pictures are good enough to help in your decision. Remember any marks you see are on the plastic cover, not the coin.
I am sorry if I made the pictures a little on the big side, I am not very good at using the software.
    Thanks everyone.
    All the best
    Alan

Definitely not MS. I can see wear on the Obv and grime or dirt on the Rev.

It appears to be a nice looking coin. I'm afraid it might have been cleaned harshly at one point, there should be tons of luster for a coin that should be in Mint State condition.

Price have been dropping for these, I have 8 in MS66, 2 1892 and 6 1893, and some in PL

Yeah, not a 66. If what looks like bag marks all over the cheek and surrounding area actually are not on the coin, it is a nice au coin, if the pics are accurate. A true mint state coin should show much more luster - the lack of luster makes me think it's been over dipped. But, still a decent coin if you didn't pay too much. What did it go for?

    Thanks everyone
I do appreciate your comments and I have learned a lot today.
I paid less than melt so no loss there.
What I have learned from you all is worth the money.
    Thanks

Good buy! I'd buy that coin all day long for less than melt.

For less then melt price it was a good buy. Agree with others on the grade and details too.

Thanks for all the comments on this coin, I just wish I could show the luster on the coin, but my picture skills, well they are going to take a wile. LOL
