Post em! I'll post mine as soon as I finish the box of nickels I forgot to open last week. It's been an incredible month so far though!
Not so great for me.... $25.00 Nickels - 1 wartime $100.00 Dimes - Skunk $50.00 Halves - 1 40% (1969-D)

I found almost as much this month as I did the first 6 months of the year combined, lol. Total silver found was 38.5552 ozt. I hope August is just as awesome!
Where on earth did you find the $1.00 gold piece and the 1929 Chicago $10? (a) Coin machine and (b) in change??
The 1 dollar gold piece was attached to a jewelry loop/eye and I found it on the ground next to the coin machine. The $10 bill I just got today, i saw someone paying with it at the bakery so I asked the clerk if I could swap it out.
Not a great month for me: approximately 3 boxes of nickels- 5 wars 2 boxes of pennies- 23 wheats 54 ikes- nothing special I was on vacation for a while, but I can't wait until tomorrow to start on August finds! Best of luck to all!
~$30 pennies = 53 wheats, 1907 IH, 5 Canadian pennies $200 quarters = 1968D, finished off my 1965-2011 collection of circ pieces.
$7,296.60 in dimes yielded 58 roosies and 5 80% canadians, about $115 per keeper coin. $500 in nickels yielded 3 war nickels, about $167 per keeper coin.
On the whole, not a terrible month. Dimes were pretty awful, especially BWR. A lot of variety in the finds this month, though: Lots of Franklins and Walkers, the silver proof Ike, the Seated Liberty dime, the modern silver proof half, and the proof Washington commemorative. Here's to a good August! Hopefully the dog days don't mean skunk days!
31 boxes of halves - 48 40% & 9 90% 2 boxes of nickels - 2 war 1 CWR dimes 36 Mercs & 7 Roosies Total 13.57 ounces for July
Did you come across some great CWR halves to make those totals? Wow! How about all those Quarters, I did a couple skunk boxes this month. I really enjoy finding silver quarters I just wish they produced more. HOTN
Yea most of my halves were from CWR this month, including almost 5 solid rolls. I did have some good luck with boxes though, that's where all the franklins came from. The quarters were mostly from a teller who let me have some, but some were from cwrs and the coin machine. BWRs of quarters are awful, I wouldn't even bother if I wasn't trying to finish some ATB/state sets lol
9 War Nickels & a handful of Buffs 43 Roosies 6 Mercs 8 quarters 12 40% 3 90% 1 Frankie 1 Walker and the '29 Indian Quarter Eagle. All in all, a good month, but a bad month for halves. I didn't get a single 90% half out of a box this month.
An okay month Halves-$1158.50 searched 8 40% Dimes-$1250 searched 5 roosies 2 mercs Nickels-$112 searched 1 War 2 Buff (both with dates 1.7458 ounces okay for how little i searched
I have been talking with Merc Crazy and he has been on a roll! He is already over halfway to his monthly goal, at 81 troy ounces of silver! I wish I could have at least one ounce troy!
I remember Merc's last post and video...I'm hoping the more I mention "solid stacks and rolls" the more likely it will happen for me! Meanwhile, July Results! Grand total searched - $11,231.50 halves - $3273.50 40% - 11 (including '70S silver proof) 90% - 1 clad proofs - 5 dimes - $7835 roosies - 24 mercs - 4 CDN - 4 Ikes - $120 SBA - $3 rejects - '64 quarter, '62 CDN dime Numbers are down for month #5 of CRH here, but with good reason. I've been busy working! I feel I've made up for it being gainfully employed again, and with that sweet yard sale haul. I'm hoping August will be STELLAR! HH, folks! :smile
