Forgot to hit reply , said Au after Ken , but too hard to give #s from this pick , but I'd venture a 55-58 .
I don't know Rusty. That is about as good of a picture as i can take of a coin, especially through the slabs glass. It is nearly a scan. Ruben
OK PCGS grade this an XF45 and it seems to be an O 120. It looks like it might have a very old dip but it has decent luster. Particulary, it looks like someone tried to stupidly the dark spot on the obverse and that might be why it is not an AU 55 or even an MS. I like it. Its a nice looking capped bust Half Dollar. Can anyone attribute the Obverse and Reverse?
Ruben , the ED and IT relationships match for the O-120 . Is there the remains of a bar and dot very week tothe right of the 6 ? So far I got it narrowed to the 120 , 117 and 110 . Sorry but your pics aren't the best throgh the slab and my eyes are killing me .
not that I see. There is a light line running down the six at a slant but that might be just a surface rub
It has AU 53-55 details, certainly. If the luster is muted I could understand the XF grade. If the luster is there you should send it in for a regrade. It should be in an AU holder. Lance.
