kennedy w/ extra silver

    I tested the extra metal on this Kennedy and it tested silver. Is there any way to find if this was done while making the coin. Does it have any error value? It's been kept with others in a safe since the 70's.

    Just damage. Might have been part of a jewelry piece if it's testing silver.

    Yep... probably silver solder. No extra value, but your half has a melt value of approximately $10.
