Both these coins are listed in my Krause catalogue from 2008 as being "Nickel-Silver."

Are these actually silver with a nickel mix or are they Copper-Zinc-Nickel (Cu 65.0, Zn 17.0, Ni 18.0)?

Nickel-Silver, German Silver, Copper-Nickel, different names for an alloy of Copper, Nickel and other base metals. None contain silver.

Krause lists actual silver weight (ASW) for coins that contain silver, doesn't it?

    Most of the time, yes.

The Schön says the coin from El Salvador - 1952 was apparently minted in the US - is Cu Ni12 Zn18. (Which means Cu70, I guess; the 1977 issue minted in France is Cu65.) For the coin from Haiti it just mentions the Cu-Ni-Zn alloy, without further details.
