    It certainly has the luster of a 67 , weak strike on the obverse could hold it down , but I'll go 67 .

    Now there is a coin with booming luster and still has luster to spare. Super strike, just a couple nicks and, yes, those are die polish lines. A good shot at a 67 were it not for those spots and with the latest style holder, I will bet those spots were there when graded. So NGC only gave it a 66. That really looks about right to me.
