A better photo would be required... and take it out of the cardboard before photographing. You might want to circle the spots you are referring to, using any photo editing program. Also, on a side note, coins are "struck", not "printed". And welcome to CT!
probably what you have here is a coin from a ground and polished die. if this is what it is it would be called a abraided die coin. the coin dies are sometimes done this way to repair the die from some problem like worn dies or die clashes.
