1981 cent lamination error?

Found this today, sorry for crumby i-pod picture, just wanting to make sure this is a lamination error not something else like a strike through?

My first take would be a strike through, but you are correct. Your picture is very hard to read.

 

I agree with rlm , not a lamination error, but probably a srike thru .

It ain't much better. It is still very grainy. But I am still guessing strike through and it looks like there is also one one the bust also.
