You can tell if the coinhas been re-plated by looking at the edges. Originally, these were steel core zinc plated metal when punched out to make the blanks, so the steel core on the edge was not zinc plated, it was a dull steel or slightly rusted color. If the edge looks the same all across it is most likely re-plated. My gut suspicion at this photo is that it is not, but better photos could change my mind.
