1950 D Roosevelt Dime Need

    I am some what new to collecting and do not really know much about error coins. I was going through some junk silver I just picked up and saw this is it a mint error or post mint? Any help would be appreciated.

    It is PMD. I actually wrote an article about this a while back in the Errorscope. It was caused by a dime bank that was used back in the 50's.

    Thanks everyone I was thinking that but because the way the leaves to the left of the torch were missing I thought it could have been something.
